Our Policy: All Sales Final Because each kit contains materials for a one-time discovery experience, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges. All sales are final.
What If It Arrives Damaged? We know that sometimes the shipping journey can be rough! If you open your package and find that your kit has been damaged in transit, please let us know right away.
Just send an email to info@highpointskayaking.com within 2 days of delivery, including a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
